My fees for a counseling session are as follows:

45 minutes = $160

60 minutes = $180

60 minute intake session = $230

90 minutes = $230

Payment is expected at time of service.

I accept cash, check, and credit/debit/HSA cards through IVY Pay.

Additional fees:

Any documents you need me to create/complete will be charged at $250 per hour.

Any court related appearances will be charged at $250 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours paid up front. Please be advised that I charge for the time even if the court date is cancelled, as I block out time in my schedule to do this. You will be reimbursed if you cancel 72 hours prior to the court date.

There may be a charge for phone calls lasting more than 5 minutes.

I have contracts with several insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider to see if you are covered to see me either in-network or out-of-network and see what your deductible and/or copay may be.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give me a 24 hour notice so that I can adjust my schedule. I charge full session rates for missed sessions where I have not received 24 hours of notice. I may make an exception in cases of severe illness or unforeseen emergency.

Please be aware that insurance companies do not pay for creation of documents, court related sessions, going to court, or missed session fees.
